Dr Brielle Renz
A Bismarck native, Dr. Brielle Renz attended dental school at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA.
Committed to providing the best care possible for her patients, Dr. Renz dedicates numerous hours to continuing education each year.
She is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD), and the International Affiliation of Tongue-Tie Professionals (IATP). Dr. Renz has obtained her Associate Fellowship in Laser Dentistry through the World Clinical Laser Institute (WCLI) and uses the technology daily in her practice. Through the use of Waterlase laser technology, as an alternative to traditional dentistry, Dr. Renz is able to provide her patients with a relaxed and comfortable dental experience.
Dr. Renz is passionate about helping moms and babies with breastfeeding issues related to tongue and lip ties. She has been fortunate to work closely with hundreds of moms and babies from our local and surrounding communities.
In her free time, Dr. Renz enjoys spending time outside with her family. Together with Josh, her husband of 9 years, she has 2 girls: Lily (5) and Sage (2).
Camping, yurting and pontooning during the summer make her happy. As does Snowboarding and not shoveling during the North Dakota winters.

Tongue and lip-ties affect more than breastfeeding. Even if a baby can breastfeed well and without causing pain, restrictive frenulums can affect jaw and dental development, breathing, chewing, swallowing and digestion. Tongue and/or lip ties are also associated with reflux, which can cause significant pain for baby and may result in the need for medication.
